This company is the best at what they do. My family suffered a terrible unexpected death on Christmas day. I had to order the urn quickly and had an slight issue on my end with online ordering. Long story short, it was new years weekend and I thought there wouldnt be any help until after the holiday and it would be past the date I needed it by. They answered my emails promptly and solved the issue I was having, upgraded the shipping to overnight at their cost and i got it a day early. The service rep that helped me was excellent and the urn is beautiful. The engraving came out great as well. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are very reasonable and the product and customer service are top notch. I cant thank them enough, they really do care about customers.
